How do I travel to Hvar?

The island of Hvar lies off the Dalmatian coast of Croatia and is easy to reach.

1. Travel to Split (SPU)
The nearest airport is Split. From there, the harbour of Split can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by shuttle bus or taxi.

2. Ferry from Split to Hvar
From the port of Split, there are two options:-
​Fast ferry / catamaran
Direct connection to Hvar Town. Travel time approx. 1 hour. -
Car ferry
To Stari Grad on the island of Hvar. Travel time approx. 2 hours.
Ferry schedules vary depending on the season, so early planning is recommended.

3. Getting around on Hvar
Upon arrival in Hvar Town, I am happy to personally pick you up at the ferry port.
Please let me know your arrival time in advance.

4. Arrival by car, bus or train
If you travel to Split by car, bus or train, onward travel to Hvar is also via the port of Split by car ferry or passenger ferry.
Is a transfer on Hvar organised?
Yes. Transfer from the ferry terminal in Hvar Town is included in the retreat.
Accommodation & meals -
Breakfast and lunch are included in the retreat.
Meals are vegetarian, freshly prepared and Mediterranean in style. -
Preparing meals together is part of the retreat routine.
Dinner takes place individually or together at restaurants on the island and is not included.
What should I bring? -
Comfortable clothing for yoga and movement
