Ich weiß welche positiven Auswirkungen Yoga und Meditation auf unseren Köper haben. Mentale Gesundheit, das richtige mindset und gesunde Ernährung gehören ebenfalls zu einem „healthy lifestyle“. …all das findest du bei meinem Retreat am Meer. Ich begleite dich auf deinem Weg zu mehr Achtsamkeit und persönlichem Wachstum. Gemeinsam entdecken wir, wie du mit einfachen Tools aus Yoga und Meditation dein Leben nachhaltig verändern kannst – hin zu mehr Balance, Gelassenheit und Freude. Durch Krankheiten und Verluste wurde mir vor vielen Jahren bewusst, wie kostbar unsere Zeit und unser Leben wirklich sind. Ich habe gelernt, nicht alles auf später zu verschieben und möglichst viele Augenblicke bewusst zu erleben. In den letzten Jahren habe ich durch meine tägliche Yogapraxis, Atemübungen und Meditation einen Weg zu mehr Achtsamkeit und innerem Frieden gefunden. Dabei habe ich gelernt, Dankbarkeit zu empfinden und selbst die kleinen Dinge wertzuschätzen. Das Gefühl, im Hamsterrad festzustecken und sich in Nebensächlichkeiten zu verlieren, kenne ich nur zu gut. Doch ich habe erkannt, dass es wichtig ist, Werte zu haben, sich Prioritäten zu setzen und Veränderungen zuzulassen – auch wenn Stillstand bequem scheint, lässt er uns nicht wachsen. Es ist wichtig, achtsamer zu leben, sich auf Neues einzulassen und danach zu streben, sich weiterzuentwickeln.

About me
Where tradition meets science – mindfulness as a way of life
For more than ten years, I have worked in a leadership role within a performance-driven environment.
This experience has made it very clear to me how essential health prevention, stress regulation and conscious living are – not only on a physical level, but also mentally.
Personal experiences and losses have deepened this path and sharpened my focus on what truly matters:
movement, nature, nutrition, sleep, stress reduction and social connection.
Today, I bring these foundations together in my work – calmly grounded, well-informed and applicable to everyday life.
My professional focus
My work combines yoga, meditation and mindfulness
with modern insights from prevention, lifestyle medicine and stress research.
I have deepened my knowledge in the field of evidence-based health promotion and prevention
through advanced training in an international context.
In this framework, I have successfully completed several Executive Education programmes at Harvard Medical School, with a focus on Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching, Nutrition and Sustainable Health.
This period was formative for me both professionally and personally.
I am grateful for the knowledge gained, the intellectual challenge
and the personal growth that emerged from this experience.
This perspective complements my long-standing practice
and forms a clear bridge between Eastern traditions and Western science –
reflective, well-founded and grounded in practice.





Practice & experience
As a certified yoga and aerial yoga teacher as well as a mindfulness trainer,
I have participated in international workshops and advanced trainings over many years –
including in Europe, Asia and the Indian Ocean region.
Particularly formative for my work have been:

These experiences now flow consciously and in a reduced way into my retreats.
Bella Spiaggia
Bella Spiaggia is my personal project –
a carefully designed retreat space for yoga retreats by the sea.
Here, a space unfolds where people can step back from everyday life,
settle into stillness and develop balance and clarity –
supported by movement, mindfulness, nature
and a healthy, conscious way of living.
I personally and mindfully guide my retreats –
calm, present and attentive.
