A Typical Day at the Retreat

8:00 – Welcome the Day
Start your morning with a cup of tea on the yoga terrace – overlooking the shimmering sea.

Morning Meditation: Find calm in the stillness and begin your day mindfully.

Pranayama / Mindful Breathing: Inhale the salty sea air and the scent of pine – breathing practices that calm the mind and center the body.

Morning Yoga Flow: Gentle, flowing movements and grounding asanas bring energy, balance and clarity.
9:30 – Light Breakfast
Freshly prepared together – nourishing, healthy and full of Mediterranean lightness.
10:00 – Time for Yourself
Enjoy your me-time: walk to quiet bays, relax while stand-up paddling, read a book, or simply be still in nature.
12:00 – Afternoon Session
On the yoga platform with sea view, we turn inward:

Aerial Yoga: Cradled in the hammock, feel lightness and freedom – learn to let go.

Meditation & Chanting: Explore different forms of meditation and the healing vibration of sound and mantra.

Workshop & Reading: Inspiring insights on mindfulness, longevity and personal growth – small, practical tools that make a difference.
13:30 – Lunch
Fresh, light and vegetarian – prepared with local ingredients and love.
15:00 – Nature & Mindfulness
Experience mindfulness in motion.
During coastal walks, explorations of hidden bays, quiet strolls through pine forests,
and while swimming in the turquoise, crystal-clear sea,
you’ll feel how stillness and nature gently carry you.
Every moment becomes an invitation to be fully present – with all your senses.
18:30 – Dinner & Connection
Shared meals at selected island restaurants or by the sea –
a time to enjoy good food, conversation and sunset views.
21:30 – Reflection & Rest
Let the day end in peace. Take time to reflect, unwind and find serenity in simplicity.
