Daily rhythm at the yoga retreat on Hvar

The programme follows a calm, natural rhythm –
allowing space and balance for movement, stillness, nature and rest.
All sessions are invitations and can be joined individually.

A typical day at the retreat

​

7:30 – Arriving into the day
The morning begins quietly – with a cup of tea on the yoga terrace, overlooking the sea.

  • Meditation and silent presence

  • Breathing practices to support calm and focus

  • An energising yoga flow with emphasis on strength and mobility

 

09:00 – Healthy breakfast
Freshly prepared, nourishing and Mediterranean.

 

10:00 – Time for yourself
Space for rest, nature and your own rhythm:

  • Walks to quiet bays

  • Swimming, reading or simply being still

  • Time without a fixed programme

 

12:30 – Practice & impulses

  • Aerial yoga session: supported practice in the hammock, focusing on mobility and a sense of lightness

  • Meditation and mindfulness practice

  • Short, practical impulses on mindfulness, stress regulation and longevity
    (practical and suitable for everyday life)

 

14:00 – Lunch
Light, vegetarian and prepared with regional ingredients.

 

15:00 – Nature & movement

Mindfulness in nature through:

  • Coastal paths and pine forests

  • Swimming breaks in the sea

  • Time at your own pace

 

18:30 – Dinner & exchange
Dinner at selected locations –
by the sea or in the old town of Hvar, depending on the day.

 

21:30 – Return & rest
Time for stillness or reflection.

Retreat Overview

  • Day 1: Arrival, welcome, introduction, yoga & group dinner

  • Days 2–4: Full retreat days following the daily schedule

  • Day 5: Morning yoga, breakfast, departure

and your own needs.
You participate in a way that feels right for you.
